Business Manager's Role

The role of a Collegiate and Auxiliary Business Officer is to actively serve as a leader, consultant, resource, and departmental authority on fiscal policies, processes, programs, and transactions with support and guidance from Central Administration. Furthermore, it is also a vital role to support an ethical and accountable work environment consistent with the university’s Policy Manual Ethics and Responsibilities for University of Iowa Staff.
