HR Fundamentals is a certificate program for University of Iowa staff members. Our interest in offering Learning and Development courses related to Human Resources is to constantly evaluate current offerings and consider additional topics. We appreciate the ongoing interest in the HR Fundamentals Series, which has been offered twice per year for several years now. Most participants are no longer HR Unit Representatives, but rather people on campus interested in expanding their Human Resources knowledge even though these skills do not fall within their primary duties.
